On purchasing the instrument on the 12 th march and asking for all features ,not once was I told that the battery life of this model was poor as compared to the other nokia models.Result being that the phone needs to get charged almost thrice a day.On reporting this to the dealer SATNAM ELECTRONICS,they admitted that this model did have a battery problem.KINDLY NOTE THAT THIS WAS NOT INFORMED TO THE CUSTOMER ON PURCHASE.On questioning them we were told that no dealer would inform the customer of these drawbacks.
I would like to know the the reliability of the dealers NOKIA COMPANY deals with.Being a company of repute are we to believe that the company is not bothered of their reputation in the market which is being mis used at the hands of dealers such as them.
Its sad that being one of the old loyal customers of NOKIA one has had to go through an experience such as this.Am truly disappointed .
|Solution of your complaint||For one, I would like to change my model another one in the same price range and second would like to request the company to come down hard on dealers who mislead your customers. |
