Dear Sir
I had purchased a refrigerater model kenstar Ref K R C 300AD ON 5TH may 2007 from Allapatt Super Shoppe, Broadway, Ernakulam.On 19th march 2008 evening I realised that it is not functioning properly. The very next day I informed the customer service at Ernakulam.They didnt attend on that day even after my repeated request. Next day (21st) one technician called me in the morning by 8 a.m and told me he is coming. But he didnt come on that day. I couldnot contact him because the service station was closed . On saturday 22nd morning I contacted the customer service and again I requested them to send a person and also I told them the urgency of it. Till 11.30am nobody turned up. Hence again I called them.They gave me the technicians number and asked me to contact him. I called him ,he said many excuses and finally he came at 12.30 p.m. By that time due to a major problem at the power station they switched off the power. The technician opened body of the fridge (inside the freezer) and checked the fan, and disconnected the timer. He couldnot check the timer due to the lack of power.He left the fridge in that condition (freezers body open) and told me that he will come after attending another case.
I called the customer service at 3pm and asked them till what time their service is available. They said till 5.30p.m. But when I called them at 4.50p.m (since Icouldnot trace the technician) the technician has already gone to his house .The staff at the customer care showed high degree of irresponsibility and told us they would send a person on Monday (24th) if we want. His name is Venu I tried to contact him many times ,he is not picking his mobile
