Hi,

I took a Kingfisher flight (IT 204 SEAT NO: 7A) on 31 oct 2005.
i was carrying a really expenses imported Cigratter lighter in my hand luegges.

i been asked to hand over that lighter to Flight Crews and i got a assurence that , the very lighter
will be handed over to u at delhi airport.

When i asked for that Lighter at Delhi Air port, some supervisor/air hostess told me that
that particular lighter could not come by this flight.
they asked my ph no and delhi address and assured me they will send me soon
by couriour.

Ever since i m asking for that but no result so far.
neither i got my Lighter back nor buddy revert back to me saying me the status.
over and above that wheneven i make call Katsub give me some silly excuse and postpone
this matter to 1 more week

I m really fed up with kind of behavior from such a big Airlines.
plz help me on this issue.
