Subject:- Replacement of Nokia 5310 Xpress Music, Colour Black & Maroon

I have bought the above-noted set one month back which is infested with certain technical problems. During the first week itself it started giving me problem in the form of rebooting three to four times a day without ant reason. The phone also hangs many times a day. I am really frustrated with this product and do not want to visit nokia cares every week for software updating. Since I have paid a good amount for this phone, I expect full value for my money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.

Solution of your complaintThey will ask me to visit nokia care and get my phone updated with new software. But my question is that why should i compromise with a faulty product after paying Rs 9800/- for it. I want a replacement or my money back. 
ActionI would definitely file a complain at consumer court of india.
