I had got my car repaired for accidental damage from M/s Rohan Motors Ltd, Ghaziabad in the month of Jan 2008. Post delivery of vehicle was not performing satisfactorily. On inspection by another Maruti authorised workshop it was found that wheel axle towards the side that had got damaged due to accident was bent and was not replaced while doing the accidental repairs.
I kept following with the M/s Rohan Motors for about a month but got no response. Post that I posted my concern on Maruti s website and got auto generated message confirming receipt of my complaint. I again wrote to Maruti after I did not get any revert for 4 days and I was asked to rewrite the whole story once again, which I did.
Its been over a week and I am yet to get any revert for the same.
Solution of your complaint
The faulty part needs to be replaced FOC.
I would approach the consumer redressal forum for settlement of the issue and claim damages for deficiency in service and harrassment.
