I have purchased this handset on the 1st Feb 2008. This handset has a peculiar trait by which it will suddennly switch off when speaking on the line. This happens at least 3-4 times in a day. I have given the handset for checking and repairing to Nokia care thrice and every time they return it to me saying that the problem is solved. However since the problem is not solved I am inclined to believe that what they are lying to me. I have followed every instruction that they have given to me and everytime the result is the same. The damn phone conks off in the midst of an important call. I have a heavy usage hence I prefer nokia due to its good battery life but this unreliability is irritating. I want this handset to be replaced as it is defective in nature.
