I have a tataindicom Telephone Number 9212734378 and i regularly deposit its bill.
My bill Due date is 26th of every month.
On 24th of Mar 08 around 10.45 Am, I received a call from a Tataindicom office and the lady on other side used "D" Graded vulger language and abused me and threatened me to deposit my bill immediately.
all my previous dues were cleared and the due date of current bill is 26th
she not only used vulgur language with me but also threatened to mess up with my life.
i fail to understand why did i received this kind of call, on complaint with TATA indicom Office they said, its there recevoery Agent abd by mistake that call was made to me.
I pay company to provide me service and under any circumstances no one can call and use that kind of language.
i have sent mail to tataindicom and ask them to cancel my connection.
but my point is, shouldnt there be any action against such companies?
is any company allowed to misbehave / threat there customers under any circumstances?
i am looking forward for justice.

And that employee should be immediately terminated from her job. |
