I am Nitin from Bangalore.I have been subscriber of Vodafone prepaid mobile from past two years.From past few months i have been facing lot of probelms with the network Vodafone was providing.I have been complaining almoist everyday.But no response from Vodafone."Sorry for the inconveninece.Problem will be rectified soon" was the mugged up default reply from the customer care.I decided to disconnect the connection and go for a new service provider.I bought a AIRTEL prepaid connection.The number i chose is a new series of number .The problem with this number is that all Vodafone users cannot call me on this number."This number is invalid" is the message what they listen when they call me.Airtel customer care say its Vodafone problem.Vodafone customer care says its Airtel problem.It has lots of inconvenince to me.Why are indian consumers taken fro grant by service providers?Please help me out !!
|Solution of your complaint||Rectify the probelem asap or Refund me the prepaid connection charges i have already paid asap. |
