hI,
This is Anish Chauhan (Thane)CALL PLACED AT 973-227-9323 urchased a Nokia - N70 Handset in September 2007 and was working well till February. It never had any damage. But suddenly it showed Memory Card corrupted, I went to the Nokia Care (Shop # 3, Nr, CitiBank, Mulund Station Road, Mulun - (w)) Spoke to the customer service, thry did said that their is a problem with the Memory card and they need to Upgrade the Mobile Phone, Which Took 45 Minutes at the store. I purchased another Memory Card and when inserted in the Same Mobile Handset it again shown Memory Card Corrupted and This was on the 3/03/2008. I resubmitted the Phone on 05/03/2008 and i was informed by the customer service that it will take 1 week for the Handset to get repair. I did a Follow and there was no response from Nokia Care. then on 15/03/2008 i got the mobile phone, but it was again hanged and was not displaying any Features on it. At the same day 15/03/2008, i return the phone to the Nokia Care and i was informed that ll get a replacement in abt 10 days. Now today is 03/28/2008 and their is no sign of Phone get repaired or replaced. I did a follow with Nokia Care (Mulund) and spoke with Joseph (Manager) on 03/26/2007 and was informed that the staus is still showing "REPAIR". He said that he will call me in an hour time, but he did not turned up. When i call and spoke to Mr. Gurmeet (Cust Service Rep) and he was very rude to me. He state If you any more please call the Head Office at PH : 66607525 ext. 116, we dont know much about your mobile.
I Called the Head Office about 12-15 times and was on hold, but the Customer service was botherless to answer my call . Now I have no idea where is my mobile and whom to contact, People at the Nokia care are so rude.
I faced a Lots opf Problem with Nokia : I lost all the Contact Numbers, I lost My money in buy 2 Memory cards and they are not ready to give a replaced Memory card as well though it was a problem with the mobile, I lost all the important contact Numbers, and i wasted a lot of time in follow and travelling all the way to mulund everyday.
Nokia care is not the right word fior the service centers.

Solution of your complaintI have no Idea, I just want my mobile phone back and it has to be replaced. boecause i cannot visit Nokia Care every time.  
ActionI would prefer to file a case on Nokia and will also to Publish in New Papers.
