I am Shrihari. I am having a Postpaid connection ( Mbl 989 000 6299) with Airtel since May 2004.
I had activated a Mobile to mobile pack since August 2007. As per that pack i should have got call charges at 30 paise on local mobile to mobie calls. But from 19th Nov they are charging me 50 paise for my local calls. I have been calling them since December 07 when the bill got generated. But they were not able to resolve my problem. They kept on charging me the pack charges of 85Rs every month. But they never gave me the discount after nov.
Now after three months of calling they are saying that the pack was over in the month of Nov.
At the time of activation of the pack it was never mentioned to me that the pack is for 3 months. It is only after 3 months of my complaint they suddenly realised that the pack was only for 3 months. This is nothing but cheating by AirTel.
They are always having this kind of problem with the bills. The customer care is of no use. Even their grevience cell is worst. The phone is always busy and they hardly reply to the mails.
