I had puchage some retail items from reliance fresh but they entered wrong item of amount 99/- that I had not purchage. I told the same of cashier then he said to me you purchage any items of the same amount or wait 15 -20 minuts Then I waited for 20 minuts after that he said to me you go to customer desk and take refund from their. when I told the same case to customer support agent then he said you have to wait for 15 -20 minuts. after 20 minuts he said we can not refund money either you purchage some item against this or purchage the same to any other days.  

Solution of your complaintthey will refund money for same time without waisted time. 
ActionI decided to go cunsumer court.
