My name is Bhavin Shukla. I stay at Hebbal, Anandnagar, Bangalore.
My BSNL landline and my DataOne service are totally out of order since 15th of march and there is no one to respond to it. My complain no logged as per BSNL officials is 0866. My telephone no is 080-23434402. I have called up their zonal office as well as their head office which is at Raj Mahal Road. Everytime i call them up, i get a new telephone number to call up and they simply hang up the phone. No courtesy, no manners as in how to respond to customer regrets. I am trying to follow up with them regularly but no help yet.
|Solution of your complaint||They have been telling me stories that they have to dig up the road to check the cable since there is a major cable problem, they need persmission from Municipal corporation and all. Rest of the telephone numbers in and around my locality are working fine. So they should look upto it sincerely. I told them, how is it possible that if there is some major cable fault only my number is dead? They replied to it saying even other telephone numbers would be dead in a day or two. i thought they must be planning some repairing work but its almost 5 days, all the telphone numbers at my neighbours place everywhere it seems to be working fine. How am i supposed to know what is the problem? they should be rectifying it.
I am not the one to suggest what is the solution to my complaint. They should dig in to the problem. |
|Action||I would discontinue my current landline connection with BSNL and will go for some other service provider. |
