I bought my nokia 5310 Xpressmusic because I know that nokia phones has a good quality. I didnt realized that after 3mos. of using it that the keypad would chip-off gradually. Knowing that I randomly use it because I have an old phone (Sony Ericsson K750i). It is so frustrating because after all that happened the warranty doesnt cover the keypad that needs to be replace on my phone and that I need to wait 2 - 3 weeks before they can fix my phone beacuse they still need to other the parts they needed to restore my keypad due to it is a new product launched by Nokia...What the F@#$!!!! Now, I need to wait til it arrives and I can use low end Nokia 5310 Xpressmusic. I think they should make phones more durable and they should expand the range of their warranty.  

Solution of your complaintthe Phone needs to be raplaced because I think I got a defecive unit which I gurranty that the companys quality of control missed! They sucks! 
ActionWell, I guess I will be writing compalints on forums to discourage other people to buy Nokia products!
