I took a AllOut Liquid Mosquito Refill container along with plug(machine) in the combo box on 27/03/2008. After 3 days I checked this box then i found that Liquid Mosquito Refill container was missing. I went to the store next day along with the bill and the box and told the problem with the box. they said they can not do any thing some customer might have taken from it. This was the answer from store manager.
|Solution of your complaint||First and the most important thing -reliance fresh should have a website to register the customer complaints.There is no way that you can reach to the higher management of the storefor any issues.Proper training to store manager on how to talk to customer.
If store manager think they can play with the customer, then someone else will play with them.
|Action||What a consumer can do to such business giants in India. I will not go to this store again. I can tell to my friends and relatives, not take anything from there or do proper checking after the purchase. |
