I have not been receiving my SBICredit card statementsfor the past 5 months,despite several reminders from my end. How can you expect me to know how much minimum amount I need to pay,as there several extra charges been added. Despite this I pay a minimum amount every month.Fortunately only Mr.Shankar was kind enough to let me know a week before to access the facility of know the Bill details on the phone and forwarded the previous 3 months statements within 48hrs. It is relly shocking to note that fine for late payments are been charged, Annual Fee which was supposedly to waivered in the scheme of - Lifetime free card and several others. To add to this I get calls to remind me to pay the credit card bills and when I ask the details they tell me to call the Customer Care service.Your organisation thinks that we all are jobless to attend your phone calls and call customer care to know the details of bills. If at all I had such free time or I have been jobless I wouldnt have got a Credit Card.I am sorry to say that your marketing team is just desperate to get customers and your billing and customer care even more desperate to fulfill the targets you have set for them instead of providing basic service. You cannot take action against customers, who cheat and do frauds but you trouble,penalise and torture sincere people like us. I swear no one should opt for taking SBI CREDIT CARDS.
