I had purchased an O2 phone from India and, to my horror, it conked off within 10 days. Such a poor telephone instrument was never expected from your company.
The service centre informed me that the mother board of the instrument had been spoilt and that it would replace the same and give me the phone. But I refuse to take the same instrument back. I did not pay Rs. 22,250 for your phone to get a piece which would need repairs merely after 10 days. this company is registerd in Singapore even they mailed me that they would help me but till date there is no responce from them
