Dear Sir / Madam,

My self Vivek Patil & cell no 9860755051 residing in Maharashtra state, I have got an sms on 26 march 2008 offering that recharge with 265 & get full talk time + 50 extra balance for Airtel to Airtel for 25 days validity & this offer ends on 1st April.
On 27-03-2008 I have recharged with 265 Rs but I have not received Airtel to airtel balance so I have called to customer care on 27 march at about 8.53 PM there was person Mr. Shivaji who said to me that server is down & we can not launch complaint now & call after half an hour.

After that on same day at about 9.45 pm I have called then there was Mr. Shahid who took my complaint & given me reference no 032735318600 & said the tht balance will credited with in 72 hour & asked me to wait for tht time, I did the same but after 3 days when it was not done

so again I have called on 31 march at 7.40 pm to ask for the same there was Mr. Mahesh who talked with me very rudely not even listened my complaint number just go on talking uselessly & his talking was such non sense that if would have been in front then I would have kicked him & the same person said me that you have to wait for another 48 hrs & I have forwarded your request & the you will get the reference Number by sms but not sms came & neither I was satisfied talking to him.

So again called same day at 7.55 pm & talked to Mr. Lal & clearly said him to launch the complaint against Mr. Mahesh of misbehaving & regarding my balance he said me same that I will forward request now & the balance will be credited in 48 Hrs. So I asked him if it is not done then I will take serious action then he said you can do what you think better. So he has forwarded that complaint & given me no 03127087700.

Today it is April 4, 2008 but still the balance is not credited & this is second time I am writing you mail since I have faced inconvenience from customer care always & last time also I have mentioned that was true your customer care is third class. It was my bad luck that I have switched to airtel from Hutch, at least the Hutch cust care is much better than your company & they send the complaint number by sms & with name the person with whom we have talked. Also even some time they take feedback by sending the inquiry against there executives.

Also I want to ask that I have taken this card which is having 2 years validity & I have got the airtel to airtel balance of rupees 2400. my validity ends on 08 march 2008 & this month I was having balance of airtel to airtel remaining at about 120 Rupees that was deducted directly saying that it was for one year only & that time also called customer care for same but the given me the same answer, not even launched my complaint. So I have requested them to convert my plan to friends plan also I am ready pay charges for that but they said it will not applied for your plan

Your company can deduct balance on time but does not credit the balance on time & customer has to beg to all peoples to do the same.

it is second time I have faced the problem so take it seriously since I have waste my time after Airtel company , customer care .

Even yesterday that is 3 april i have send mail to all top peoples of the company ie to appilate authority, nodal officers of mumbai & west region but still not corrective action taken by them.

Solution of your complaintSolution is either they have to start customer care intraction like Vodafone. in vodafone the cust care send immidiate reply to cust by sms regarding complaint no & follow is taken , action is taken then they close complaint.  
Actioncurrently i am too frustrated & sending mails to online consumer care departments & also same to airtel but still there is responce so i will make sure this topic to be raised seriously since if we people face this inconvinience then the common peoples those who dont know to talk with cust care what they will do so i am rasing my voice for them also
