Its not the one incident. I have lot of complaints to say about the Airtel.
The service is worst than any thing.
My mobile was diconnected for non payment. That too the delay was only one day, but their SMS message describes that the last due date is on 08.04.2008.
I have paid on 02.04.2008 by cash. But till 3.00 PM on 04.04.2008 my number still was not activated for no reason. When ever i cal their customer care service they use to take the request and constant answer such as the line will be activated with in next 4 hrs.
And when ever the conversation reaching the hot point they are disconnecting the line and next time when we ask about it they say the blody "SORRY"
Iam fed up and iam advertising all my friends not to use the Airtel.......:(
I know this complain doesn"t make any sence to them.

|Action||In any case i will get the connection after some time i will use as much as possible and ill throw the card. If any one come to me for the payment ill diffenetly kill him or atlest ill blast him to bleed. |
