I have apply online for a broadband connection on 28th march 2006..
after that i received much calls from some executive named Nazish and Habib.
after that i took connection foe 6 month prepaid and pay advance amount. after that Mr. Nazish told me that if we not satisfy your services, our money will be refundable in 7 days and we have taped his voice in our cell. but their service output is zero. me and my BIG B is very mentally disturb since 4-5 days. what should we do..... our net works and then hanged.
please refund our money ASAP.
i have not found Travel Guru voucher of 1000 Rs till now which was special offer from company.
so i am going to complain in Minority Commission and Consumer Form, if i not satisfying answer from your side.
i need quick action about my complain againest Mr. Nazish and Khalid.
