I had purchased whirlpool 340 DLX (enox) from AARCON ELECTRONIKS, LAJPAT NAGAR, NEW DELHI-24, ( Ph no. 011-29814458 / 3620 ) on 4th of this month @17.15 hrs.
My Concern :
A. The good was delivered after waiting 4 long hrs which was promised by 1 hr
B. Only one delivery man ( very old ) was sent knowing the fact that I live in the first floor, Myself & my spouse had to face a tough time to pull through the fridge to the first floor which was as heavy as 80kgs.
C. The gift which was promised to be deliverd with the fridge during seeling was not delivered as yet.
D. I was charged 1.5% extra for credit card payment which was disclosed in front of the payment counter & while selling everything was kept under wrap.
E. Delivering product which was not in immaculate condition, lots of dirt inside
F. The service engineer made a complete NO SHOW on the given day 5th for the demo.
G. Top of it I was charged Rs.150/- for the delivery of the good which not told to me either during selling.
H. The overall behaviour was ridiculious starting from the sales girl to the then casheer ( who I presume the proprietor )
I. Knowing the mantra that CUSTOMER IS GOD, how come one stoops down to such level which certainly dents the image of brand like WHIRLPOOL for getting associated with such a poor dealer.
