I PURCHASED THIS SIM ON 3 APRIL 2008. BEFORE THAT I CALLED AIRTEL CUST CARE FROM MY FRIENDS MOBILE AND ASKED DETAUILS ABOUT IT. I ASKED THEM TO GIVE A SUIATABLE TARIFF FOR I AM MAKING MOSTLY STD CALLS. 1 GUY SAID ME TO TAKE A SIM AND RECHARGE WITH 98 THEN I WILL GET A TALKTIME OF 8 AND VALIDITY FOR 30 DAYS. AND TO RECHARGE WITH 89 RS TO ACTIVATE STD 1 RS PLAN. I DID IT BUT STD PACK WAS NOT GETTING ACTIVATED. I CALLED UP THE CUST CARE AGAIN AND INFORMED THEM ABOUT THE MATTER. AT THAT TIME 1 GUY TOLD ME THAT STD PACK WILL NOT GET ACTIVATED ON 98 RS PLAN, AND TO AVAIL THAT I SHOULD DO A MINIMAL RECHARGE FOR 210 RS. I YELLED A LOT, BUT I DID IT. THEN ALSO IT WAS NOT GETTING ACTIVATED. THEN AGAIN I CALLED UP. THEN THEY TOLD ME TO WAIT TILL ONE MONTH FOR THE ACTIVATION. I SPOKE VERY ANGRILY TO THEM AND THEY ESCLATED MY CALL TI THEIR FLOOR MANAGER LEKSHMI. SHE ASKED ME TO CALL HER BACK AFTER 2 HRS. FROM THAT DAY TILL NOW I AM GIVING CALLS TO THEM BUT I AM NOT GETTING HER ONLINE

I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH A RUBBISH CUST CARE, THOSE WHO ARE NOT TAKING ANY ACTION ON MY PROBLEM AND EVERY TIME GIVING ME WRONG INFORMATIONS...
