My Number is 9892796702.I before recharging my card called at Customer Care Number to Ask for the Facilities Available Named As NEAR TO DEAR NUMBER .They said u recharge ur card and then give the intimation of the same of that number which i do Frequent calls.I Did exactly the way they informed me .but After 48 hours went by i again gave a call to confirm my service was not activated.Then they promised me that the services would start within that same evening.Again it was not Activated .now i was furious.then I called at night again to customer care they Assured me 100% it would Start by Midnight .But Still the problem was there .then when i called them back they say u cant avail for the services as ur other services is Presently Activated
But then i asked that u people didnt inform me About the Same.there is of proper information from their side.Still they say it will Activated in 24 hours but didnt said about that u cant avail the Services.I m really want to file a suit stating that this people lack in Services they Provide.I m Losing lot of valuable Money N TIME on this Issue
I want that they Should bear the Expenses to this number for Atleast Six Months So that i will be Statisfied that my Anger N purpose behind the complaint is not a joke but a serious Action.
I would like u to take Strict action against them.waiting for the reply.
