Applied for a I -ticket for Kota - Lucknow. But due to poor website performance .. I got deduction of price from my account but I did not get my ticket for that reservation.
When I tried to contact those people . The costumer care is not responding to the emails. They pic the phone but do not talk. Due to call I have lost a lot of money. 

Solution of your complaintRefund my money. 
ActionI have to go to consumer court. file a report against poor performance of website. not cooperative behavior of costumer care , not response of emails. And taking my money for no product.
