Applied for a I -ticket for Kota - Lucknow. But due to poor website performance .. I got deduction of price from my account but I did not get my ticket for that reservation.
When I tried to contact those people . The costumer care is not responding to the emails. They pic the phone but do not talk. Due to call I have lost a lot of money.
