Dear Sir,

I have bought one Reliance Nokia 6275 CDMA instrument (Code 205000001582776) from Pantaloons, Ahmedabad on September 17, 2007 for Rs. 9999/-. Other details on its packing are: SKU:HSNK01816275, RSN: RNKMQH234127, Material:0026050, ESN:037113293850

I am distressed and regret very much to inform you that this instrument was faulty since beginning and I have put it to the notice of your service centre on many occasions. In December 2007, your Nokia care Herry Communication of Ahmedabad told that there is some software problem and they do not have facilities to set it right, hence this instrument has to be sent to Delhi and it will take 3-4 weeks to get it back from Delhi. As I was having no other alternative, I agreed to it and given this instrument for sending to Delhi through them, which I got back after around 4 weeks. Even after that, problem continued and I told them that it is looking like some manufacturing defect, which you people may not know. They again tried it out to set it right in March, 2008 but still the problem is there. Now I am neither getting proper response from your service centre nor willing to keep on continuing meaningless shunting towards your service centre. Finally, I got the idea to approach you through your website on hope that I will get justice from you.

Please note that this instrument gets discharged early since beginning and when its battery is fully discharged, it takes around 4-5 hours to get it charged. Earlier I thought that it is due to faulty battery but your service centre told that battery is ok, this problem is due to faulty software. Whatever it was/is, I am at receiving end continuously since its date of purchase and I also feel that this instrument may also have unidentified chronic defect, which your research centre or main technocrats of your prime service centre may identify.

Please note that rather than providing any help or be useful to me, this instrument remained useless and become a nuisance for me. Furthermore, I faced mental/physical harassment for approaching your service centre every now & then as above. Irrespective of whatever said and done, now I request you to kindly understand my hardships/agony and assuage my feelings by replacing this instrument with a new one. If price of new instrument will be more than my purchase price of Rs.9999/- then I shall pay additional price to get rid from this now undesired instrument. I am confident that NOKIA will keep up their goodwill of customers’ satisfaction and brand value intact. Moreover, its replacement will be in Nokia’s interests too, as Nokia will be in a position to minutely scrutinize reasons for faults in this instrument, which will be helpful in avoidance/recurrence of such defects in other instruments.

Solution of your complaintonly if i get my handset replaced, then i would feel that these people handle post sale services..... 
ActionI really do not want to take any harsh action. However I would definately enver buy any nokia product henceforth and would stop people known to me from buying nokia products.
