The situation starts six months back when i applied for Conference Call facility.
I was informed that i am not eligible for the same and have the other option of AVS.
I received a SMS asking me to go in to any Airtel Showroom for a Free-SIM Swap for AVS with a monthly rental of INR.99/-.
I didnt like the service so i didnot opt for the same.

Again i applied for Conference Call facility some 15 days back.
I was informed that i am not eligible for the same when i questsioned the eligibility criteria, i was informed that any customer holding ISD facility cannot be provided with Con-Call.

So i requested them to cancel my ISD facility and provide me with the Con-Call facility.
My ISD facility was cancelled but Con-Call was not provided. When called to check i was informed that i had only requested to cancel the ISD facility. but nothing of sort to provide Con-Call. And i cannot be provided the Con-Call, since i am not eligible. I had to go in for the SIM Swap for AVS.

When i approaced the Airtel CSCentre at Mosque Road, Fraser Town, Bangalore. I was informed that the SIM is not FREE and i have to pay INR. 250/- for the SIM; which i did. I was informed that since it was a Friday evening and Monday was a Holiday the SIM will be activated only on Tuesday.

And today (Wednesday @01:30 pm) when i call to check with 121, i am informed that the request for the same has not come from the CS Centre yet and it was not yet active.

And as usual the CS requested me for a within 4-Hr call-back from there Supervisor to solve this issue, which i am really tired of. I requested to talk to the Floor Manager, who again cudnt solve the issue.

I requested to talk to her higher-up, who again told me give him time till tomorrrow evening to solve this issue.

I really donot believe in the worthiness of the Customer Service Reps words.

Kindly request you to provide me with the ESCALATION MATRIX, till the top level.

If the same cannot be provided, i as a HARRASSED unfortunate customer of yours, would like to inform you that i have been recording all the sessions with you people. And i have complete record of all the events that have passed on this issue.

I would be approaching the Consumer Court with all the necessary proofs for the same. And i intend inform you also that i have been continuously harassed which resembles a POGROMED type of harassment for valued customers.

And i also intend to inform you that there has been Mis-Treatment from the Customer Centre staff with me; which i have recorded on my Mobile.

Do i need to request you to help me?

 

Solution of your complaintI have been facing lot of problems on my Official front because of this as i am not able to have con-calls which are part of my day-to-day activity. I would like to have the AVS Activated. And compensation provided to me for all the harassment i have faced. 
ActionI have already prepared a Consumer Complaint with proper proofs and complete documentation for necessary action. I have voice recordings of all the conversations i have had with CSExecutives and the interactions at the CSCentres; which are enough to give me a STRONG POINT FOR THE CASE.
