I WENT FOR 2ND FREE SERVICE OF MY CAR SX4 ZXI TODAY ie 9-04-2008 . THE 2ND FREE SERVICE WAS DUE IN JAN 2008 WHICH COULD NOT BE CARRIED OUT AS I WAS OUT OF COUNTRY. THE SERVICE WAS CARRIED TO MY SATISFACTION , HOWEVER ON COMPLETION OF THE SERVICE I WAS TOLD BY THE DGM THAT I AM LIABLE TO PAY A BILL OF RS 550 BECAUSE I AM LATE FOR MY FREE SERVICE. HE SAID THAT THE FREE SERVICE COUPON WOULD BE SENT TO THE AGENCY FROM WHERE I BOUGHT THE CAR AND WHEN THEY REFUND THE BILL, SAME WILL BE PAID TO ME BUT FOR THAT I WOULD HAVE TO KEEP ON CALLING THEM IN ORDER TO CONFIRM THAT THE REFUND HAS COME AND THEN I WOULD HAVE TO PERSONALLY COME AND TAKE THE REFUND . I INSISTED THEM TO LET ME TALK TO THE AGENCY , THEY REFUSED TO CALL THE AGENCY STATING THAT NITHER THEIR LAND LINES NOR THEIR MOBILES ARE WORKING. I WAS MADE TO WAIT FOR 1 HOUR EXTRA WHILE Mr. DGM WAS MAKING UP HIS MIND AS TO WHAT TO DO WITH THE BILL.
AT LAST I MANAGED TO CALL THE AGENCY BUT AT THAT TIME MR. DGM REFUSED TO TALK TO THE GENERAL MANAGER OF THE AGENCY.
I AM MYSELF WORKING IN CORPORATE SECTOR BUT I AM VERY SORRY AND UNPLEASED WITH THE UNETHICAL AND UNPROFESSIONAL WAY I HAVE BEEN TREATED . HOPE THE NEED FUL WILL BE DONE SO THAT ANY OTHER CUSTOMER IS NOT HUMILIATED.  

Solution of your complaintI THINK SOME MANAGEMENT TRAINING MUST BE GIVEN TO SENIOR MANAGEMENT ATLEAST SO THAT MARUTI CUSTOMERS ALSO FEEL PRIVILAGED WHEN THEY TO GO TO THE AGENCYS AND MARUTI WORKSHOPS.
