The television has gone dead.Service man came on 05/04/2008 to check what has happened and suggested that a component is required to get the television up and running.It was told to us that he will come on Wednday i.e, 16/04/2008 but, till date no one has turned up. If we go to the shop whihc sold the television they do not respond properly.
Solution of your complaint
It has been 3 weeks that the issue started.I sincerly feel that there should either be a replacement or refund.
If the problem is not resolved i wish to take the issue to further step by registering a complaint in the consumer court.
