I mr.Ashok Bhadange have purchased a airtel corporate postpaid card in dec-07
from the date of the purchase i am not getting proper servive from airtel whatever
they committed me while purchasing the card .i am not geting my hard copy of itemized
billing statement which i am supposed to get on the end of every bill cycle , then also i have paid my bills of the months jan and feb ,but now i am fed up by calling cust. care executives
and requesting for my billing staements ,they constantly giving me wrong information regarding my bill.They promised me severel times that i will get my statement in 2/3 days ,but i have not got any single copy yet.
on sunday 13-04-08 i called up custemer care of airtel from my no.9987501080 and spoke with the executive
Mr. Napolian Larsen at 1.36 pm but he didnt cleared my quries ,and misbehaved with me on the call,
he spoke very rudly and used bad words which is very unproffesional ,he even refused to provide information about his name and my query . i was shocked by tis kind of treatment.
i requst the concern authority to look after this matter , i am waiting for justice.
