I have bought a sim card(welcome pack),mobile no-(9816482125) from kangra after that i have recharged it by 999(life time scheme).After two days this sim card was not working.I go to the airtel office.They told me that this sim card is not working because of your mobile phone.Then i took dublicate sim card by giving rs235 and used this sim card in new mobile ,but i m surprised that this sim card is not workig again in new mobile after two days.I went to Airtel office again ,this time they told me,"sorry,This sim card is not working beacause of your luck." i m sad and disappointed so therefore i posted this complaint 

Solution of your complaintGive me new sim card and reason why this happend
