Iam using Sify Broadband and they have charged Rs.1800/- for the initial installation charges. They claim it to be non refundable.I recharge my account everymonth paying Rs.281/-.They dont have any carryforward facility .There are many occasions the broadband connection is slow and always every onemonth " Iam getting this bb108 error: local connectivity problem". They even dont have a toll free number I think and Iam loosing half of the money of the BBand usage to call customer care and following it up. This is totally ridiculous. Sometime back they have changed the IP address settings without informing us. After 15days one representative came to rectify the problem. One more incident happened in april,2008. i am trying to call to customer care and it is asking for my mobile number and after that there was no response (probably going into the voicemail box) and nobosy care to attend the customer problems.when i called customer care from bangalore the call is taken by some callcenter representative at chennai and they say we are located at chennai and have no idea of your problem at bangalore. we will check with our team at bangalore and sort this problem... I DONT KNOW WHEN THEY WILL SORT THE PROBLEM. I am really frustrated with the service. The renewal team at bangalore is so slow that they dont even come to home for collection of money and they disconnect the service after 4days.Can anybody let me know can i lodge a complaint against Sify in Consumer Court?  

Solution of your complaintThe Customer service should be fast and should proactive solutions. 
ActionI want to go to Consumer Court for a legal battle.
