While taking my sim card I paid Rs500 as a deposit. I was with in the bill plan CUG249. In between I changed my bill plan to AES249. Again I want them to convert my bill plan to CUG249.Now Airtel people are asking me to pay Rs500 as a deposit again. What happened to my previously paid amount. Its not adjusted in the any of my bills. I want to know what happened to my previous deposit.
|Solution of your complaint||Let them convert my bill plan to CUG249 and my deposit should be Rs500 in my account. |
|Action||I will change service without paying any amount to airtel. |
