I bought a Moto Yuva W180 phone on 6th Apr and then I put a lock code in the mobile but when I entered the same code again to unlock the mobile it gave an error. I took it to Motorola authorised service centre in Sec 18, Noida, India for repair and they deposited the cell on 14th Apr and advised me to come on 15th evening to come and collect it. I went to collect it on 16th morning but even till then the cell wasnt repaired and I was advised to come after few days. This reflect the highly incompetent service from Motorola and also the highly incopetent staff who dont even kow how to communicate. I am really disatissfied with the phone software which suddenly started to give the error and also with the services I have received from Motorolo.
If this is problem is not resolved in few days I will not hesitate to take to consumer forum.
