I bought a godrej eon fridge(terrible decision) on 20/06/2007 .In a period of 8 months the handle of the fridge(a part that is fixed to the handle) came out thrice ,this is the fourth time .I have tried my best to resolve this issue by contacting ur customer service points(please laugh out loud they are harrasing center where they have a Phd in giving goli not service).
My experience so far 1)called them up on 29/03/07 not a single person came till 14/03/07(Quick and prompt service that is what godrej is all about ) 2) handle is out of stock(such an important part of the fridge is out of stock).Do tapasaya in front of the fridge to open it or else godrej can come with other innovative(read sick ideas ) 3)Sir u will have to pay for the handle .No way the product is under warranty, I am running out of my patience better u get ur act right or else I will C U IN CONSUMER COURT
Solution of your complaint
REPLACE THE HANDLE( DEFECTED PART) IMMEDIATELY .
GIVE ME EXTENDED WARRANTY FOR ANOTHER YEAR
