I lost my Mobil on 10th April and reported the customer center on 11th April (11.45am) with a copy of police complaint. I requested to stop the prepaid connection to avoid misuse immediately. I also asked for the swapping of my SIM in order to use my balance of RS.200+. Air tel people took additional charge of 150/-and promised me to stop the connection within 72 hrs. In spite of 72 hrs of my complaint and their promise the SIM was not blocked. I requested the Mr.Ajay, Air Tel customer Care Center but invading. Finally, when my number was swapped finally on 15th April. It was too late, unfortunately my somebody misused my SIM balance of 200+ and made to Zero. I really wonders in the IT age are we not lagging in speed & service.
Solution of your complaint
Air tel officials must accept the responsibility for the delay because of which I lost my balance. Infact I reported the misuse to customer care (Mr.Ajay) but I got no help.Air tel must wave the swapping charge.
I would like to lodge complaint with highest authority
