I had complained to them that the billing system was down at 5.30 p.m. and how do you expect me to pay my bill on time.
They were rude and told me that the place was closed and I had no right to ask. And when I asked them how a person who is working pay their bills if every now and then the lines are down for payment. The answer was absolute rudeness.
MsDevi behaved as if she has nothing to do with me and was very arrogant in her body language. And when I approached the branch mananger instead of pacyfying he was so rude. and he said My name is Senthil . Do what you want.? Does he realise that he is paid a salalry because he has customers only.
Such RUDENESS. AIRTEL MUST BE DOING EXTRA TRAINING COURSES TO BE THE RUDEST !
tHERE WAS NO SMILE BUT COMPLETE ARROGANCE.
PROVING AIRTEL IS SUPERIOR IN ATTITUDE.
And to top it all you call the helpline in the evening and you are on automated service half the time

Hope all of them know that they are getting their salaries because of customers like us. And not charity.
