This is the second instance of its kind. The Airtel Company itself should be closed down. They come up with various misleading promotional offers. Earlier I had recharged my cell with a big top up and later they sent in a promotional sms to make it life time. When I did fill in the extra amounts for lifetime they directly deducted over 100 Rs. from my account without intimating me. When I complained to 2 customer care executives neither of them reverted back.
Today I just got it refilled with the 222 topup and receieved the confirmation from the Co. stating that it has been recharged with Rs. 222 then after about 10 mins, without making a single out going call or sms, I smsed the Co. no. to check my balance as I had the previous bitter experience. Guess what friends this time I get a sms reply with my balance amounting to Rs. 122.41paise.
|Solution of your complaint||An Immediate apology from the Comapny and the decency to give me back the amounts of Rs. 100/- Although I can also claim damages. |
|Action||The best action is to report these tactics of the Company to the newspapers and media, showing people how the Company works, and deceives its customers. This in itself will make people at large loose faith in the Company and its services. Creating loss of customers and future clients. |
