Hello,

My Indica cars clutch pedal fell loose suddenly last month. I contacted kulathunkal motors the dealers of Tata and they towed the vehicle to their workshop. I tell them I have an extended warranty but they refuse to give me that facility stating some silly reason. I tell them warranty for clutch is mentioned in the extended warranty card but they give a reason I am unable to understand. I have no option but to pay Rs 5800 for some parts which I feel was fooled. Now what to do? Looks like they are on top when the car is under repair---they try to fool out of extended warranty. Is there any solution to such kind of behavior? 

Solution of your complaintTo clarify the iffs and buts of the extended warranty programe at the time of purchase of the warranty itself, and nothing of that sort is mentioned in the extended warranty programme, the company must honor and refund the amount paid for replacing certain clutch parts. 
ActionI will wait awhile and complain to the consumer court.
