On 18/04/2008 I got my car (WaganR LXi) Serviced by DD motors, MayaPuri. My Car was over heated the previous day and I asked the service advisor to get it checked. After checking they informed me that the engine Fan was not working and it has to be get replaced. I asked for covering it under extended warranty but ironically they refused it to cover under extended warranty as my car met with an accident on 23/10/2007. The car was hit in the left side by a truck and its left panel, head light and the bumper has to be replaced.
According to them the Fan was damaged at the time of accident and after nearly 6 months the problem popped up.
Interestingly I got my accidental car repaired by DD motors only in their accidental department. The details of the car…

My question to Maruti is…
1. Why my car cannot fall under the extended warranty? 2. Problem occurred after six month of the accident and it was not detected at the time of accident, who is responsible for it? As both the repair of the accident and the service were done by DD Motors. 3. According to DD motors none of my front side parts fall under extended insurance as the car met with an accident. I am not clear of this logic.
