I was getting my invoice both in hard & soft copy & intime. This month i was only getting SMS
about my bill amount and due date.I have requested five times for my invoice so that the payment can be made on time.After lot of follow-up finally i am able to get e-bill that too 0n 19/04/2008 where as the last date of payment is 22/04/2008.Besides this i requested to change my billplan toASE300 BY CALLING & SENDING sms which was not done.Therefore i request you to change my BILLPLAN to ASE300.
