my prepaid mobile no is 9791165820 which was conected on the first week of this month and even while on the date of purchase i have submitted the ration card copy,application and photo
at the "jeeva telecom" west mambalam, chennai -600033 and the service was operting for a few days and abruptly it was stopped stating that " due to non submission of documents your services have benn tempororily suspended...........resume after 72 hours of submitting the documents to the nearest Airtel office which i did on 12.04.2008 at " lazer valley" in T.nagar chennai-600 017 and had visited couple of times and enquired about my disconnectetion and resumbtion after subsmission of documents two times and yet the services has not been resumed even after a lapse of ten days(240 hours)and whenever i pay a visit staff inside will hear the complaint and silently exchange a doubtful smile among their staff members around them and show a me a landline instrument to talk to someone at the other end with a unfriendly,oft repeated "coined words" like a humanised
parrot,reapeating the same words and vowels unmindful of your very best effort to get a positive answer.Even after 10 DAYS ,AFTER SUBMITTING THE RELEVANT DOCUMENTS WHCIH WAS verified and assured AS RECEIVED BY THEIR OFFICE TILL TODAY NOT A TINY MOVE HAS BEEN initiated TO REGULARISE THE CONNECTIVITY WHICH IS MOST UNEXPECTED FROM A VERY BIG ORGANISATION LIKE AIRTEL AND PRAY TO GOD FOR THIS COMPLAINT TO GET INTO THEIR BOSSES HEAD/S AND YET ANOTHER GREAT DANGER IS IN THE OFFING IS THAT I HAVE SUBMITTED AN APPLICATION,god save me, FOR ABROADBAND CONNECTION WHCI AGAIN THE ALMIGHTY GOD SHOULD HELP ME OUT WITHOUT ANY HITCH OR PROBLEMS ALTHOUGH THERE SEEMS TO BE DELAY.inSTEAD OF TAKING THE CUSTOMERS FOR JOY RIDE WE ARE SURE THAT WE WOULD BE TAKEN FOR THE HARDEST DRIVE WE COULD EVER IMAGINE....ALMIGHTY HELP AIRTEL CUSTOMERS AND LET THEIR STAFF DWELL SAFELY IN AN AIR CONDITIONED AMBIENCE COOLY NEGLECTING YOUR QURIES YET unmindful of THE COMPLAINT/s MADE BY THE CUSTOMERS WITH A UNCANNY SMILE. THIS IS NOT STORY BUT FACTS FROM THE HEART/S FOR POSSIBEL VERY QUICK SOLUTION.
