i have my airtel sim card my no. is 9890212388 thay charge me advance rent so i asked customer care dept. they reply to me said this is deposit we are taken we give it to back , i said ok i want to discontiune my phone they consider my request than two day later i got a call from airtel ms sunita spoke to me as per ur request i consider ur complaint , i said to her to convert my into prepaid she reply ok i will do that u just pay ur outstanding bill i send my exective to ur home give him payment and he will gave u new perpaid card ., on 30 th jan 2006 exective have came to my home and said i came from Airtel he asked about payment i gave him full cash is total Rs. 1621.00 he gave me two receipt one is 0975214 ,0975215 and he gave me new sim card , i asked him when it is active he replyed on 1 st feb 2006 but when it was not active on 1st Feb 2006 i called Ms sunita she said i did not get payment from ur side , i told her i already paid to ur exective than she repley to me ur cheque is not cleard that y ur card is not active , i said paid in cash not in cheque i gave her receipt no. and suddenly she said to me u have to wait 48 working hrs . i got angry and i told her i want to be active my card within an hrs. she said not possible than she transfer line to her Team leader her name is Zarin she said its not possible coz ur cheque is not cleard yet u have wait another 48 hrs again shout and told her i pay in cash than she shout on me i don no i u paid cash or not i said i have reciept and i file a complaint against u she told do it i dont care so still my card is not active and no reply from airtel .
