My old Onida TV had some power supply problem. I called Onida service centre - ADONIS ELECTRONICS PVT LTD, ONIDA HOUSE, 18, 4th lane, Nungambakkam High road, Chennai -34 on 15.03.2008 and registered a complaint with their complaint no.4030095 dt 15.03.2008.

They sent one service engineer and he did some repair and made it OK and then he made an AMC with ONida for one year from 17.03.08 to 17.03.09 for Rs.1600/- and paid the same amount.

Immediatly after the service engineer left my home, again the same problem occured in my TV and the TV become out of work as before.

Icalled the service engineer and informed the same over his mobile. He told me that he will come after two days, but never turned up. Then I called their service centre again and complaint the same. They promised to send another service engineer. After repeated phone calls, finally they sent another service engineer and he came to my house and cecked the TV and told me that I have to bring the TV to their service centre for detailed check up.

I took the TV and given to their service centre at Nungambakkam. After one week I called up and asked about the status. They told me that they need few more days to observe. After two days they immediatly called me and said that my TV is ready and can take home.

I collected the TV and went home and surprise to see that they have not done any thing and the same problem is continuing.

I feel that they couldn,t repair my TV and hence they lied me that it is alright. I informed the same to their service incharge and asked him to give back my AMC amount since they couldn,t repair my TV. He told me that he will again send another service engineer to check the TV again but no response even after one half month.

I feel so bad that such a big branded company will ever cheat the public like this. During this period I hired another TV on rent thinking that they will repair my TV.
Now everything is wasted. I spent money for carrying my TV in my car to thier place and taken it back by car thinking that it is alright. But every thing gone waste. Now I forced to buy another TV since I have a feeling that they are only cheating and will not do anything.

I request Onida TV company to return back my AMC amount since they didn,t do any thing to repair my TV, forget about the other expenses like my car petrol charges, TV hiring charges etc.
I have a request to Onida company that never cheat public like this any more.

Kindly take action and return back my AMC amount.

Solution of your complaintAtleast give back my AMC amount 
ActionI may have to approch consumer court for compensation to my agony, money spent for AMc, money spent for TV hiring, Car charges and finally for the new TV I bought because of this trauma.
