This refrigerators comperssor isnt working from past 8 days and this is the 2nd instance of compressor replacement being suggested within 3 months!!
this time, the complaint was lodged on 19th April which should have been answered within 48 hours. however the engineer visited on 21st 2nd half and suggested for replacement of the compressor again.
however, they are yet to replace the compressor since they are out of stock of hte component!! Also, they are not sure when this would be replaced. to add to this, the arrogance of Naveen and non availability of Bhat on phone (though called repeatedly) is adding to the fury.
here i am completely convinced that the quality of any of the kenstar products are pathetic and not trustworthy. customer care is hopeless and i have decided never to use the product again.
Solution of your complaint
take back the appliance and compensate for the damages caused for not less than 24K
very soon registering the complaint with the Consumer court
