I would like to bring to your kind notice that i had given my mobile Nokia E-90 at your Green Park service center on 02/04/2008 and I was promised the delivery on 5/04/2008.But when i visited the service center i was shocked to see the handset that was given to me was not an replacement but some other repaired old phone with a different IMEI NO.Since then I have visited your service center thrice and In my second visit the manger of the showroom Mr Yadav demand 5000 Rs from me incase I wanted a sealed back replacement against my phone which I refused to pay.So the as a result till date i have not got the replacement of my phone. Please do the need ful as I have lost all hope and the last resort is consumer court as now I am not in a position to leave my work for the phone .Please take quick action.
