Iím Airtel UP East customer having bundled prepaid Airtel (Haeir) Handset cell no. 9793088868. As per the Airtel Scheme they had promised me monthly free usage of 70 minutes for calling Airtel to Airtel. This was supposed to continue for 24 months. These 70 minutes free usage money from Airtel use to come in my cell by every 2nd of the month. But after only three months I havenít received these 70 minutes as promised by Airtel. These 70 minutes usage was my soul temptation for purchasing this Airtel handset.

Calling to Airtel customer care, its nodal officer and even its appellate officer has proved to be useless. May be you can help.
