I have received your letter with the notification that card cannot be issued to me because as per your verification norms I am not matching the stated norms. I do not have any issues regarding your system or norms which prohibit you to issue the card.
But I take this opportunity to request you to take a note of the following matter as stated below.
The way your executives approach us pleading to take the card is not less than harassment. They literally force us to apply for the card irrespective of our roles or designations in our respective organizations. In spite of making the point crystal clear to them that I am from marketing division, they did not raise any apprehensions or did not tell me clearly that there are certain norms related to issuing a card to marketing professionals. Once verification calls are supposed to be received by the customer, they asked me to make false statements with the alibi that if at all the card is rejected; their job will be at stake, without taking into the consideration that how much harassment can it be for the client.
Being associated with such a renowned organization as HSBC, this kind of lackadaisical attitude is least expected from your employees.
I earnestly request you to look into this matter and make sure that this tendency of your employees is rectified at the earliest so that they stop harassing the clients and stop making false promises. Moreover I expect a prompt response from your side as your organization holds highest esteem in terms of customer satisfaction.
Thanks & Best Regards
