Sir, in my 2nd free service i had complaint about the front wheel mounting paint removal (ie thine layer of paint pealing off, plus scratch of metal part), they said stock was not there,and when i given next time for service ,they said they had changed(actually they had painted).the same complaint happend when i gave for the service(paid service), inspite of my humble request and waited for 12 days( i keep following the complaint thr phone, ask me to come different date) but when i went to take vehicle the complaint was not taken and they said it is outdated model, no spares available and finally they said they will exchange and left the vehicle for another day, but to my knowledge i find they had painted the front wheel hub.
2. when i given service my neck lock was working in good conditions(sir i had kept locked in my house ),one mechinic called me and told the lock is little bit tight can i change it, i said no, the lock is good,but to my dismay the lock is not even locking( i had just waited for husband to come from chennai) and so i am mailing this complaint.
sir i am feedup to give the bike for the service. the response is not at all good.

|Action||i think this question is not correct, then why you have provision for the compaint. better this question can be asked at the time of purchase of the vehicle, so that we can decided whether to buy or not since this question gives us the doubt about the support you give to customer |
