i have registred my complaint 3 to 4 weeks before but still now it is kept pending at ur office i hope putting my complaint on net is mere waste of time and money as it is proved that the cellone complaints works as the company is like it doesnt solve the complaints of people but instead it gets trouble to the consumer as i have faced in the resent past i have put my complaint on net and immediately the cellone people instead of solving my problem by settleing down my security deposit and adjusting by bill they have barred my out going calls .
What i feel is it is mere waste putting the complaint because i had outing without paying my bills for the last three months and no one has asked me but the movement i paid my bill leaving the rest for security deposit to be adjusted cellone has barred my outgoing calls such is the condition of my countries owned BSNL.
