I had booked reliance broadband and phone on 17th of April

As promised by the sales representative I was suppose to have both my Broadband and phone services active at the same time i.e within two days of activation

Fortunately the broadband service was activated as per the promise made by the company
But the phone line and phone equipment is still not provided

I have tried approaching the call center for the help and further investigation but they said phone line information is still not activated in there system and they will not be able to help me and need to contact the local distributor for the same

I have than tried contacting the local sales person and distributor but they have no answers for the same

I need to update the phone number in few official places ASAP but unable to do so, company is not providing me any help regarding this
