I have bought a laptop It has Microsoft windows vista home premium. It is not activated and asks for the product key whenever i openm word. When i enter the key given on back side of PC it does not accepts it. Due to this i have not used my pc since i may loose some feartures of the software. I have contacted regarding this to costumer care but i have not got the solution. Then i contacted by mail and they every ask me to forward the details to other mail. on those mails i have not got the response. Even i contacted the microsoft office costumer care but they ask to get the problem sorted on website. When i have given the every detail of the laptop at website of microsoft it is not accepted by them. This seem some manipulations are done by HP. So please help
